Has anyone ever tried to convert a regular column shift flightomatic to floor shift? If so what type of set up worked?

Curt, there's a current thread titled "trans-mission" here where the poster was asking about parts for such a conversion. As far as the tranny itself goes - all you'd need is the arm that I gave a part number for. As someone else pointed out tho, the Stude floor shift quadrant is set up for the Powershift version of FOM which has more detents than a standard FOM. But really - that's a minor obstacle to overcome.[^]
