He also had the production sheet, originally ordered in Reno NV. Also came with undercoating.
Once again proof that Studebakers are underappreciated and undervalued. Looks like you got a really good deal.

Climitizer, radio, lighter, tag indicates twin-traction - hard to tell much else...

For sale on Ebay, August 2015 - listed as parts car - floors kinda say it all.

EGADS!!!!!! I thought the floor of my 59 wagon was bad!! At least it had what was once a floor but when I pulled all the rusted stuff out I had just slightly more than this. The sill plate area & center tunnel were in good shape on mine but I still replaced the whole thing.

That is the body number, not the Serial Number, that you posted.

On the driver's side A pillar is the serial number plate - it will read "60S-XXXXX" based on your body tag. Body tag shows that it is the 19873 F4 two-door sedan built in 1960.

With the serial number I can plug you into the registry - thanks for your time and love to see more photos.

                              • Fixed my original post but for the sake of saving time scrolling through, the tag reads 60S-60992 and I noticed they used two different fonts for the number fonts, anybody know why this might be? The 6 in 60S is much more curved whereas the 6 and 9 in 60992 have smaller rounds and straight legs.
