Funny Warren, I actually was just telling myself I need to find a Rear Bumper like in Post 105 for my Wide box, it's likely a "Safe-T" Brand.
The one in 104 on the Narrow box, looks like a BUS Bumper to me. Different tastes I guess!StudeRich

Oil filter, climitizer factory rear bumper

Engine doesn't run? 20,000 miles on the rebuilt engine. 3 speed trans. on the tree. Nice straight truck. This truck would be great to restore. The 1961 step side shortbed is fairly rare. 4500.00 obo

The neat thing about Trucks is they all already have all the Heavy Duty Truck Parts even on a Six, so a Stude. 259 or 289 is a much easier swap than a Car. The Brakes, Differential etc. are exactly the same on a 6 and an 8.
I think the Front springs are a bit softer on the 6, but I don't think you would notice with those rugged Leaf springs.StudeRich

6E5-129759 - 112 WB - T6 cab - for sale on Ebay, September 2018.
Climitizer.
Information from ad: This truck was created using the best parts from five trucks. It has the side mount spare and the sliding rear window. It has a professional, custom interior and new tires. It is not perfect but it does run, stop, and steer. All the glass is good but the body and paint are amateur. I bought a modern truck and this one has got to go. It has lots of new parts and comes with lots of spares including all parts for air conditioning if desired.

6E12 - 122 WB - T6 cab - advertised for sale on SDC forum, March 2019.
Info from listing: I have a 1961 3/4 ton V-8 Champ for sale in Edwardsburg Michigan.
The truck was bought new, by my Dad, from the Con-Allen dealership in Galien Michigan. The winter of 60'-61' dad worked for Studebaker in South Bend. The Truck is Apache Red. Stored inside most of it's life. Has 71,000 miles. The Champ has a box of original top end parts never used, Cam Shaft, lifters, Cams,Valves (both intake and exhaust), and some other new & used engine parts. Truck has been parked, and not started, since 2004. Last time it was on the road was to drive in the local Memorial Day Parade. The engine does turn over, needs brake work.
The serious collector/buyer will own this Champ and all its parts this spring, $7500 OBO. Bring a trailer.
Accessories - oil filter, push button radio, lighter, climitizer, windshield washers, accessory oil pressure and amp gauge
