Jay Jordan, 67, passed away on April 22, 2016. He and wife Kim were members of the Western Lake Erie Chapter SDC for many years. They relocated to the north Ann Arbor, Michigan area (actually Whitmore Lake) from Cincinnati about 10 years ago. During their time in our area they were very active chapter members, often hosting pot luck lunches/meetings at their home. At first they'd show up at chapter events in a GT Hawk, then eventually in a gold '63 R1 Avanti. About 4 years ago they moved south to the Tampa, FL area. They were really missed up here in Michigan as Kim was always a big bidder in our annual club auctions (much to Jays dismay!). Jay was a gentle man and will be missed by all who knew him. R.I.P Brother Jay.
