Hey Brian, once again this R1 Ragtop is simply GORGEOUS . I think these Halibrands add a nice finishing touch, and make the Car look like It means Business ! I'll be waiting on Your next batch of project pics for sure.

Very nicely done Brian! Any work on a certain R2 '64 GT Hawk? Hope all's well with you, Bill.

Hi Joe, good to hear from you, hope you are doing ok with all your cars.
Bill, good to catch up with you and your wife in SB last year!
Ironically after talking with you I meet Jim Martin in the outside swap area trying to sell his 53 Starliner.
Now I didn't want to come home with another car but he did me a deal I couldn't refuse and after getting the car home and dismantling it, the shell and panels are the best Studebaker I have ever purchased.
Its mint, not even any rust in the front fenders, so I am tinkering around with it at the minute, in between Corvette resto's.

You told me about that '53, good that it is so clean. Should be an "easy" resto for you. I'm still plugging along on the R1 car. Slow but sure. Did you finish that '57 (?) Vette for your wife? If so, post some pic's, I'd love to see it. Take care, Bill.

Thanks for the comment David, I like your Laguna Blue car too, very cool colour.
Well Bill, since SB the 57 has just been sitting there almost finished but I just cant get back onto it.
I had to get the body and paint done on a 65 BB coupe., which is done.
Also been restoring a 66 roadster which is just about finished too.
So hopefully next month I will back onto it and it will be finished for spring.
Keep plugging away on your R1, you will get there.
    Are you going to Tacoma?

Wow, you are a busy guy Brian!! Your wife's '57 is beautiful as are all the rest. Keep posting pic's of them, they are such pretty cars even though they aren't Studes.
