It is not too early to book a room at the Meet Host hotel, Sheraton Westport Chalet.
As of Jan 15, 2015, of the 300 rooms in the Sheraton Westport Chalet, 210 are booked. In fact, should you call or go online looking for a room with a King Bed, all King Bed rooms at the Meet discounted rate ($115) are booked. You will be offered a King Bed room on the "Club" floor which includes breakfast and afternoon appetizers. However these rooms are $135 due to the additional amenities. Double Bed rooms at the Meet discounted rate ($115) are still available.
Fortunately, should the Meet fill the host hotel, there is another Sheraton hotel within the Westport Plaza entertainment complex that is about a two minute walk from the Sheraton Chalet. If needed, rooms there would be made available at the same Meet discount rate of $115.
Your host chapters encourage you to stay at the Host hotel if possible. That is where chapter members will be located working to make your Meet as enjoyable as we can.
