Remember, this does not have to only be a truck you own - could be one you know of or one that is for sale you saw somewhere - just want to see how many we can come up with. Can include any trucks that are "field flowers" or ones that were parted out years ago - just curious as to what is out there.

If you need me to host your photos - just email them to champs@zoho.com - and put VIN and name so I know who you are.

        RES,

Just add another post to the thread with whatever you want to share about your truck. When it is posted, I can add the VIN number to the first thread. Looking forward to it.

I think in order to track 8E T Cabs that are actually 1964's, you would have to post the Starting 1964 Serial Number so 8E owners could tell if they own a '63 or a '64.

For sale on Craigslist - December 2016

I have a 64 Studebaker Champ, (Built/Ordered 10/07/1963) (serial#E7-21824...Engine# 7E-K316)(8E7-122-T6 BOX)........(Final assembly date of 10/23/1963). (Original paint #6456 GOLDENSAND)....(Trim Code 1316A)...(Deluxe)...(Axle ratio 4.55/TT)....RARE (5 Speed Overdrive Transmission and still has shifting sticker on the dash) (Heater #3081)...(HD springs at Rear end 2-stage)......(Hill Holder)......Special Options are: (STD 289 V8)....(AC3272 Radio) and (Dual door locks)....(Directional signals front and rear)......and Dealer installed rear (HD wrap around Bumper)....It is one of the very last Champs ever built....October of 1963. Cab is to rusty to restore but it is complete....The Bed and Tailgate are very nice with no rust at all...the Frame is also Rust Free (surface only)........The Paint is Original. The inside of the bed looks as though nothing was ever put in it except groceries....I trailered the truck back here to Sandpoint, Idaho from Humbolt California with the intention of restoring it ....I changed the oils, fuel and a new fuel pump. Put a battery in it and it started right up and ran perfect and still does...I have driven it locally about 200 miles. The engine is VERY STRONG and the Trans shifts as it should and the clutch is fine. It has dual exhaust and I have a 4BBL manifold and carb (Carter from Hawk) for it (not installed)...This truck is mechanically sound, about 108,000 miles. Everything works including the Radio..As Champs go....This is the ultimate Champ...This truck could be restored but could be driven as-is....I have an additional parts truck with excellent Hood, Fenders, Doors and cab and the rest of the parts needed to complete the truck and I have taken the Cab off so that goes with the truck. This truck was converted to Propane/dual fuel in about 1974 according to the propane tank that was in the bed. I have removed the propane tank but it can go with the truck.....The propane/gas carb. was removed by the previuos owner...so I don't have it.....This truck is rare ...The last one I saw with these options sold on Ebay a few years ago for over $29,000.00 Restored......I have the factory build sheet, Clear Ca. Title and other paperwork that came with the truck..

Any chance that Sal kept records that would include those numbers?
