    Studebaker police car...

I was just given a 2011 book on the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police and it's 150 years of history. It was owned by a good friend I used to work with that passed away two years ago. He served as a DC police officer from 1954-1979 and is mentioned in the book as a legendary member of their aviation unit.

While looking through the book there's a section on "What We Drove". As I looked through it, here is what I saw...

    I need a picture of a 50/51 police car for a t-shirt design.

They did. I remember the view of that grille in my rear view mirror very well. Still have the ticket(s) to prove it.
