The Speedster part, IIRC, is longer with a different end that meets up to the stainless topping the rear quarter panel. 55s would know for sure.

possibly used a pair of pre-production brass mouldings to get My car 'out the door'. ( last week of production car)

I believe we're looking for Commander parts. Don't know if the President hardtop used the Speedster one, but Commander molding is not the same as the Speedster.Dave Warren (Perry Mason by day, Perry Como by night)
