      1949-1950 Fords had small taillights. 1951 Fords had a wider taillight with a "chrome" trim strip on the quarter panel to meet up with the end of the wider taillight (quarter panel not changed).

                        • 9895 -- ​I agree with Craig. The 1946/48 Plymouth on the right has an Ontario license plate, probably 1949.
