I have a 62 hawk and the color of the seats are a sort of mustard color. Was this color offered that year, or any year?

Sounds like you are describing Saddle Tan, a legitimate '62 Hawk upholstery color. I think they used that same basic color (not the same pattern) for several years. Actual color is a little lighter than it appears here:

Thanks for the info. I was wondering. Most Hawks you see have white, blue, red, or black. I had not seen one except for in mine.
