Studebaker bell housing patterns

This may seem like a dumb question but in searching for a Studebaker bell housing did Studebaker use the same bolt pattern [bell housing to block} on the 6-cylinder and V-8 engines? Thanks again, Dclewallen, dclewallen@alltel.net

I thought that someone would have been all over this easy question for ya Darryl! I hate to say it, but they don't interchange, (at least I'm not aware of any combinations, from my limited 6 cylinder experience, that will). It suuuuuure would be nice if Studebaker would have made it easier for us.
