  • '54 Commander Air Conditioning

    In the midst of restoration on my 54 Commander. I would like to incorporate air conditioning. Any ideas/pics on how to do so without having the installation look too obvious?

              I agree, Vintage Air, I am in the process of updating my 53 from an older aftermarket set up now. If for no other reason, get Vintage Air because VA president Jack Chisenhall drove a 53 Stude to 219 mph with the AC on!

                I Second, third , forth, or whatever? Vintage Air!
                Just as shown in the pictures above. Fits great in your stude.
                And the new four knob inline controls....wow! Just installed one in my 56 hawk, but it was the 4th car this month that we used the pictured unit in.
