Gosh; 'can't help but wonder why Steve is selling it. It certainly is a nice car, and he's proved its road-worthiness many times over.

Best wishes with the sale, Steve. BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

    Ayn Rand:
"You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality."

    G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

Probably because his new toy project (that '53 with the Barracuda top) is almost finished...

Jeff, you got it mostly right I believe, the Studeacuda/ Cudabaker, and also Steve is downsizing to a new place that must be a bit smaller. We are trying to get him to move on over here, and find a place big enough for both his prize's, ha !

I am not surprised to see that Steve put 50k miles on that car. I bumped in to him all the time up and down the West Coast. Most recently at the IM in Tacoma. We parked together several times at GoodGuys meets. The car is still as beautiful as the day it was done.

Having seen the car and talking with him at the IM in Tacoma, I must say his accomplishment of this beauty was extremely well executed. I can't wait to see his new replacement.

My favorite car was Steve's black 53 with the gentlemans chop and turbo Buick power.
