This junk off topic post is showing up all over the net. Is there some sort of bonus for reposting this or has everyone's system been hacked?

I stumbled onto this CRAZY EDDIE pricing and am telling all my friends. (SDC, Racing Studebakers, HAMB, and the 3 Viper forums)

This was a limited time offer so I'm running it up the flag pole.

Tons of interest on HAMB. That site is amazing...

NOTE: I need to talk to you about Studebaker cams (not regrinds)

I can't find anything on the UPS site that matches. Can you link to where you see this info.

There is this on the UPS site...

    https://www.ups.com/media/en/CB2_US.pdf

...and it does look like a good deal (maybe more competitive with USPS for the holidays?) but is not the discounts shown above and is only good through the end of this year, not 2044. (how could any biz guarantee rates through 2044?)

Here's the discussion on the HAMB...

Not any more info. No links. No one is finding anything at the UPS site. Lots of skeptics.

Duh, I've said you have to call UPS to get these rates. I had a UPS account I got through eBay which was all online. But only after I called and asked about other rates or bigger discounts, did they hook me up.

You won't find anything online as far as I know.

KILLER is the key word. I think this deal is dead, if it actually even existed. Accordingly, UPS is set to strike Monday, effecting 11,000 drivers and of course mail delivery.

    https://www.businessinsider.com/ups-...strike-2018-11

I don't see how rates will be static if they go on strike and negotiate a raise. Unlike the USPS, which cannot strike or change rates without approval, UPS can change their rates at anytime and not have to publicize them.

So your Studebaker parts from your vendor may be delayed if they use UPS.

I signed the agreement this morning (Thursday) after talking to account rep yesterday morning.

My rep said that UPS raises rates 5% a year and also has a rate bump leading into Xmas. This deal would waive the first 5% increase and the next (this year's ?) Xmas bump.

Also got a better package volume equivalent weight factor of 166 instead of the 134.

Back in the 80's, I knew a guy who had an audio component distributorship and he said he was going to quit carrying speakers because of UPS BS claim tactics.

I've had a UPS account since the mid-'90s. In 2003 I opened a second business and the volume massively increased, so I was moved to a different tier schedule. I retained that tier of discounts for 6 years after the volume dropped off a cliff when the high volume business closed. A year ago UPS took my very favorable rating away and left me with the lowest business discount they offer. It's still far better than paying the "UPS Store" and/or eBay rates.

One guy on the HAMB said he got the deal I got. You do realize when Amazon got their UPS rates, they didn't click a link. Granted non of us are Amazon, but it is customary to call to get the best rate package.
