    Yes, the surrounds will indeed be chrome... We're trying to decide what color to paint the sheet-metal inserts behind them. The fins will remain Grey (I think). Love to hear the opinions!

      Oh, ok. Then the tin the same dark grey as the body. I'd still go with a colored fin inset, too much grey otherwise.

        I like the original white with red. Here's a picture of a 57 Golden Hawk that was at our club's 50th anniversary party today.
