Not my truck, but a nice story

I saw this in a parking lot in my Colorado town just getting ready to pull out - I flagged down the driver to talk to her. Her father bought this truck new in 1955, and although he has passed on, she and her sister still drive it! I thought that was a nice story and it's always good to see a Studie on the road!

That lovely tale right there matches the kind of stories that made me stay within Studebaker-dom. It's amazing that so much passion and so much history can be condensed into one four-syllable word.
Jake Kaywell: Shoo-wops and doo-wops galore to the background of some fine Studes. I'm eager and ready to go!
