The Meet Schedule, as posted on www.sdcmeet.com is FINAL as of today. No revisions will be made from here to the time of the meet. SDC Meet Registration and Registration pickup will be done in the ALDER room in the LaQuinta Hotel.
Please noted that wristbands will be in your Registration Packet if you have paid for a Bus Tour (2), admission to Lemay Marymount, Ladies High Tea, or Members Night Buffet (you will be fed ONLY if you are wearing the correct pattern/color band). Please refer to the FINAL Schedule page for a note on wristbands on each event requiring one. A "key" to the colored band required for your event will be in your Registration Packet. If you register at the meet, you will receive this same information.
A word on the $14/4-days Admission to Lemay ACM. If you have registered for the meet and paid for the Lemay ACM admission, your Meet Badge in your Registration packet will already have had a $14/4-days Admission label placed on it. This label MUST be on your Registration Badge to gain entry to Lemay ACM. We have an agreement with Lemay ACM, wherein they will refuse admission to the Museum to anyone attempting to present the label alone. Registration labels will be available ONLY at ASC Meet Registration for $14, from AOAI for $14, and from SDC Meet Registration for $14.
NO ADMISSION TO Lemay ACM OTHER THAN BY THE $14/4-days Admission LABEL ATTACHED TO YOUR REGISTRATION BADGE, or you can pay the one-day admission at the Lemay ACM entrance of $18. NO DAMAGED OR UNATTACHED LABELS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY Lemay ACM.
