  • Body / Glass: body part wanted

I tried I. S. for A Trunk Opening rear panel (308128) for a 54 Studebaker Champion couple but they are out. Do any body know where I can get a rear panel.
Brad at Bez Auto was right the rust cancer keeps growing as you keep cleaning thing up. It not just one part.

    Barry,

I assume S.I. gets theirs from Classic Enterprises in Baron Wisconsin. Theirs are OK but the ones Leroy Carry makes are better. He makes inner and outer. I can PM you his phone number. I don't think he is on the internet these days. His floors are superior as well.

I think Barry needs the rear trunk panel , not a floor panel.
The rear trunk panel for a C/K are not being reproduced as for as I know.

Leroy was still making them about 6 years ago when I bought mine. Very good quality piece. Classic makes the outer skin that has the weather strip channel on it but as far as I know Leroy is the only one that makes the inner piece that forms the back "wall" of the trunk. If you need the inner panel you will probably need to outer skin as well. Leroy makes both pieces.

Here are what Leroy makes. His parts are bare steel. I knew mine would sit for a few years so I had them acid dipped and EP coated. I can post his floors too if interested.

Yes, Leroy made contact with me. He still makes parts. He makes the inner, outer skins , body supports. The same that in 3x2stude pictures. I order the inter skin. If I knew that he made them all I would had order all of is parts as a set.
                    Thanks for your help

Does Leroy have a price sheet or catalog?

I order the rear inner trunk panel. It should be in at the end of the week. I will see if have a price list on the item he makes.
