  • Jet Thrust Ehgine Number

Need just a tad bit of help. Can some one please give me an example of a Jet Thrust engine number. I have one I am trying to ID as one if it really is.

    Thanks

1963 have prefix 'JT' for R1, Prefix 'JTS' for R2. Canadian R2's are prefix 'JTSC'.

1964 engines have prefix 'JT' or 'JTS' a letter and number right after which gives the month and day it was manufactured. (There can be more than one engine with the same number.)

That information is also found in the Studebaker International catalog in the engine section from 1939 on.
