50 headlight buckets

Are these worth repairing? I don't need them but am willing to repair a small rust spot if someone needs them. (One adjustment is missing)

Also if offering something like this is inappropriate let me know but I hate to see them waste away.

I bet someone will want them. They fit 50 champs and I think all 1951 cars

If no one claims them immediately, I would still recommend the repair; then at least prime them.

Geez, four pages back but I found the post.
I repaired the rusty damage with steelstik and a little Bondo. Also noticed I don't have a right and a left if there is supposed to be. Available for shipping.

Great job, Dean. I have several sets for my 50 Champions that are in about the same condition as yours were. I thought about just getting your set, but someone probably needs them worse then I do. Mine are repairable and it's all a part of restoring years of rust into a drive-able car.
I just wanted to thank you for making these items available to someone that truly needs them instead of trashing them. Happy Studebakering. Ken

Can someone with a '50 chassis manual confirm what the Base (bucket that surrounds the lamp) part number is? If it's the same one used in '41 (ref:#274275) I will gladly take them off your hands.

From my 1950 Chassis Manual:

289714 is used up to G-524,119
292133 used on G-524,119 and later

I wonder what the difference is?
