Wow. Those seats sure look inviting. Beautiful blast from the past. I Like the color combo as well. Bet she glides down the road. Sweet.

    Nice car!
Those Cruising Sedans make great wedding cars, because the bride gets to step out towards the camera.
I borrowed a dark grey over light grey one to drive my sister-in-law and husband on their wedding day.

Well, considering I shipped my GT Hawk from Sacramento, CA to West Palm Beach, FL this would not be my roadblock. Finances would be. The GT Hawk as much as I love her has sucked me dry of every cent I have for now. I have to tip with coin-shaped lint at restaurants!
Jake Kaywell: Shoo-wops and doo-wops galore to the background of some fine Studes. I'm eager and ready to go!

1962 GT Hawk - completely finished in driveable condition.

Great car well taken care of and the owner is a know Studebaker Drivers Club Member. Wish I had space for this Pre-War car one that I have always wanted to own.
See you in the future as I write about our past

If this is not too indiscreet, may I ask you, just by curiosity, how much you paid for this? Roughly, to get this car to France and after having paid all the taxes, this would add 5 grand to the bill.

    "but needs some white walls!"

I don't disagree, and I know the you know this Richard,
but the late great Earle Haley always held that most '42's spent their early lives in black walls.
