Scott's 28 Dictator confirmation

Hi forum. One of my first posts here. I am in the process of registering my car. A club member said it was a 28 dictator. Can I get another confirmation and a ball park value for insurance. On the car scale I would say it is a solid 3 and is complete and runs.

Serial Number plate is located on the frame behind the left front wheel. Post your serial number.
Body tag is on the firewall on the right side. Post it. Body Tag will have 2 lines, first with letters and numbers, second line will be numbers.
These will help determine what model you have.
