Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, Midway Chapter in Kansas will be celebrating Drive Your Studebaker Day on Saturday, the 23rd of September. For those members in eastern Kansas, we will gather in Goddard, Kansas just west of Wichita and drive 80 miles west to Pratt, Kansas. Those west of Wichita will be joining us at the Pratt Airport where we will tour the B-29 Bombers on the Prairie exhibits and view the B-29 Memorial. After lunch, we will tour the excellent Pratt County Historical Museum to view their informative and fascinating exhibits. Should be a delightful day in the Kansas countryside. If you can attend, please do. For more information, PM me or just call Chris Pile - (316) 519-9536.

Great turnout - 20 members, 8 Studebakers and a '67 Continental.... All the museums were fantastic, we were welcomed with open arms by the City of Pratt. The weather was perfect for driving Studebakers. Starting early Saturday morning, we were worn out by 5PM. Hey, the B-29 Bombers on the Prairie Museum is one of the places we visited, and they put pictures of our Studebakers and some Midway Chapter members on their Facebook page! CHECK IT OUT.
