Took the 52 to a local burg for the 'wine and harvest festival'. Really great weather for a car show, and I ended up wedged in alongside a 69 Super bee, a 69 Cobra jet Mustang, and a 69 Olds 442. All 3 were pristine. Even with those neighbors, or maybe because of those neighbors, the Studebaker garnered it's fair share of attention!
All 4 cars got a trophy, even though the car show was quite large. Quite a few folks had to ask me what kind of car it was, so IDYSD was a success for me.
Other Studebakers at the show were a perfect little 48 champion convertible and a nice black 41 four door.
