Electrical: 1962 Studebaker Champ Fuse Box Location

Hello,
I'm working on my grandfather's 1962 Studebaker Champ. Before I can really get the engine working, I need to redo the electrical system or at least see if everything is put together. However, after spending much time looking for the fuse box and looking in the shop manual for where the fuse box would be located, I could not find anything. Could anyone give me an idea of where it might be located?

There is no fuse box. That's why you cannot find it. The items that are fused have individual inline fuse holders.

The fuse box, such as it is, is under the dash, left of the steering column. It contains two fuses and a turn signal flasher. It's called the 'Directional Signal Flasher Base' in the shop manual wiring diagram. As Roy said, most larger circuits are protected by a circuit breaker and minor circuits by an inline fuse.
