What are the official dates of the races? Since we just got back from South Bend a week or so ago Ian Mackellar from Australia and Myself are thinking of going to them this year but can only find Sept. 14-16 as tentatively scheduled, is the real date set yet?

Yup. Those are the dates on their home page. Glad you are coming again Bob and nice that Ian can come with you. More incentive for me to get another tenth out of the 55. If I need anything for the 54, I'll contact you in advance. Cheers.

Hi Bob and Ian,

Glad to hear you guys will be at Stanton. I haven't seen you two since St. Louis! Thanks again for all the parts for my '57 Golden Hawk. They have been a real help.

Robin and I will be running our Laguna Blue '64 Daytona hardtop at Stanton so please stop by and say Hi. Not sure which of us will be driving... I'm encouraging Robin to give it a shot!

need a room, any answers on where and how close?

The place where I stay is close, but doggy friendly and a place for prisoners to stay until there is room in the half way house I felt right at home and I'm five minutes from the track. Half Moon Motel. They have a Facebook page. Since you're a dog lover, you are probably OK with roughing it. Joe and Pekka will never return (lol). Great diner across the street. Good luck.
