What years were the Avanti 4 doors available, and were the 2 doors available at the same time? Thanks, Tom

I will try to be there. Still haven't fixed the wiper motor on my '60 Champ, so no Studeclunker unless there's no rain forecast. So far, so good...

I'm planning on being there. Probably won't be able to bring the Avanti, still breaking in the engine after the rebuild.

Hope you all have a great time. This is what I've been trying to get the SDC clubs in MN to do. Get together and and do some events as more than one club. Seems those in charge are to kliky and just can't see an event where they may not be large and in charge.

The four doors were 1990 only. No coupes or convertibles that one year. Four Doors were on a Caprice chassis.

LOL, provided of course the CHP doesn't get involved! Seriously though, I've never been very successful with the product.

I will be there. While I am there, I am looking for a 1963 Hawk supercharger pulley. I think it is 4.500 inches diameter?

I'm debating taking Wilbur. It would be the longest trip yet for us as Fawn Lodge to Oak run (75 mi) has been about it so far. Not sure... Just might chicken out and take the econo-bubble. Wouldn't want to get stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

I'm thinking of going. Does anyone have a nice windshield (64-66) for my 65 Cruiser sedan? I'd love to pick it up there.

Glad to hear the turnout was good. Was planning on attending but my generator took a dump a few days ago and I couldn't get it fixed in time. Hope to see folks next year.

Had a great time. A big bonus for me was meeting two other USAF Chief Master Sergeants, Mike and Van. To have 3 of us in a relatively small gathering of folks was pretty special. In addition to Studebaker stories we got to share old "war Stories" as well. Thanks for putting it on again this year, and arranging for the perfect weather! Well done!

Very sorry to have missed out. Wilbur, being just as much a cranky old man as me, decided he wasn't going anywhere and the econo-bubble wasn't available. Lou, please don't move this to a Sunday. Thank you Lou, and everyone else involved in this, even though I didn't make it this year. It gives me something to aim for. Second chances are welcome. I really should join the Central California group. You folks do a lot of fun things. There just aren't enough of us in No. Cal. to form a viable chapter.

Hi Lou! I actually tried, but there are no membership application/instructions on the website, and I emailed the secretary 2 or 3 times and never got a reply.

Dean, We need to update the web page to add a membership application. Our Secretary has been distracted by some family health issues. In the mean time you can contact our new membership chairperson Johanna Smith at karelstaplesdc@yahoo.com. That email address is monitored by a couple of our officers and one or more of them will get back to you. We would love to have you join us.

Maybe if you moved it towards the center of the continent, more people could attend.

I'm just waiting for the "big one"....when the rest of the country slips off into the Atlantic....and all that is left is California....then Stockton will be in the center of the continent...take that!
