Assistance Needed - 1940 Champion 4 door Sedan - Basic Maintenance (battery, oil, etc.)

My siblings and I inherited my father's 1940 Studebaker 4 Dr Champion Sedan. We are in need of someone who knows about Studebakers to perform basic maintainenance on it as it hasn't been started for almost 2 years so that we can get it appraised and sold. The car is located in South Minneapolis.
