I have been a long time Studebaker sympathizer. Started in 1963 with the Avanti, then the Lowboy caught by eye; recently the 1958 Starliner 2dr, and now the 1952 Commander Hardtop which nearly fell into my hands. This is my first (probably only) old car project. Plans are to restore the car to a state representive of a well-cared for survivor. I'll need a lot of luck that is certain.
