I need to find someone in or near the center part of North Dakota to check out a car for me. The seller is very old, very hard of hearing, and difficult to communicate with. I would be happy to pay for the time and travel by someone who knows cars and can give me an accurate description of what this fellow has. He did tell me something that was baffling. Although he has published an asking price, he told a caller from California that he had 'first dibs' on the car even though there was no offer made or agreement to purchase. I don't understand that at all~!! Anyway, if you know a knowledgeable, capable inspector, please get me the contact information. Thanks~!
