  • Body / Glass: fender

Does any one know where I can get a NOS. outer passenger fender for 1963 Lark near north west Indiana? For front two door sedan.

Anyone who has any Lark Fenders will need to know: Front or Rear?
Since you say "outer" I am assuming you mean Front, but it's good to be sure.

And.....if it's a rear fender you are looking for, is it to fit a 2-door or 4-door?

If it's a front fender you will also need to know if it's for a convertible or sliding roof wagon as they have an extra mounting tab in the wheel well opening.

The sedan fenders can be made to work and vice versa.

I had been looking for a pair of front fenders for my 1963 Lark Wagonaire back in the early 1990's.
Newman & Altman didn't have any nos fenders in stock then.
They offered the fiberglass replacements at that time. I purchased a set and installed them. Fit was ok, only issue I had was in installing the chrome trim piece / molding.

I would think in the stash the guy in Wi had on the pickers would have one. they showed rows of fenders in the one building and there must be a lark in there somewhere.

There was a fellow in New Mexico or Arizona that had a bit of Studebaker NOS sheet metal. He went by the name of "Rusty Baker". Don't know if he is still around anymore. I bought two nos rear fenders for my 1947 Champion from him. They were wrapped in excelsior, brown heavy paper, held together with rope. Had shipping labels denoting Vernon Calif.
