TO Remove. Remove all the chrome that is held on by screw on the out side of the glass around the glass. Then get inside and at one of the upper corners gently push out on the glass and with your thumb roll the weatherstrip out and past the pinch weld working across the top the down the sides. As you get more of the weatherstrip past the pinch weld it will go easier. The bottom of the weather strip you can just lift up on the glass and it should come right off.
