Is the paint code located anywhere on the car, or just in the build sheet? Thanks.

If it hasn't fallen off over the years, you'll find it on a paper tag glued at the factory to the bottom of the glove box compartment.

Thanks, I will check, but I believe I remember looking there before with no luck. Probably fell off years ago.

Go to paintref.com/Studebaker. Look for your year and choose the color from the pallet. You'll get the modern paint code for your color.

I was just noting that the paint code tag on my '33 Rockne is still attached to the cowl panel, as there is no glove box. Which caused me to pose another question. Where would the tag be on the '55 Speedster, as it also has no glove box?
