I am in need of a door latch for the driver's side of a 1962 Hawk. Found them for sale by some vendors. However, looking for someone who doesn't plan to go on vacation with their profit. If some individual has one for sale at a fair price please contact me. Thank you!

I only have Passenger sides. just so You know a number of Latches will actually work between certain years and models with minor mods. for instance I used a 53 - 55 sedan Latch on My 63 Champ Truck with about 5 minutes of messing.

I agree
You have to use a latch from that period but most of the parts are the same.
I just compared a used Hawk latch with a Lark one and they are the same except the unlatching arm is longer on the Hawk because the doors are thicker.
The unlatching arm does not wear so you use that on the Lark latch.
You have to take it apart but that is not difficult or you can fab an extension to lenghten the Lark one.
