    Wondering if anyone has one (1) NOS or very nice clear plastic insert for the front fender spear on a '55 President/Speedster.

    I have new replacements that I purchased from Studebaker International. They were only $25.00 each. See their online website at http://www.studebaker-intl.com/ and search for fender ornament plastic spear insert, part number 299444.

      I bought two new ones from SI and they don't fit. Have you checked yours? I returned mine and SI confirmed that they don't fit and had to send a bunch back to the manufacturer. No news on when the right ones will appear, if ever.
