Ignition: Studebaker Lark door key blanks

Trying to find some blank keys for my 59 lark for the trunk and doors. I ordered some from Si but they were wrong.


The working original? key is stamped Yale s1476

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same question last week for 59 Lark but thanks to Stude Rich he explained the difference. Lark VIII used a Hurd key blank the Lark VI used Yale. If you bought them from SI they will exchange them for you.

The Keys shown are Yale for Trunk and Glovebox and are aftermarket Key Shop copies, not Original.
These only have 4 Cuts, a Yale Door and Ignition Key is longer with 5 Cuts.

As Joe said, the OP must state Lark VI or Lark VIII to get correct Keys.
