Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Since my Dodge Ram is still in the shop for a hit & run repair...I pressed my Studebaker back into service for a before Christmas run to the feed store today. While unloading, I thought the scene would be nice for a pic...even if the lighting wasn't ideal.

You think I could be accused of harboring "old iron?"

                  It wouldn't open for me.

                  Now it's OK.

That is a great pic. Represents decades of traditional "Americana."

It also reminds me of a joke I have used in the past about a couple of vehicles I have owned...they used so much gas, I needed to have my own gas station following behind.

We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

                            G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.
