There's an overhead 3/4 view of it over on Sonny's Racing Studebaker's site.. Don't know which thread it is...

I kinda like it. I wonder what chassis it is on.

It appears to be from somewhere in Illinois, considering the sponsors, but Yelp lists Alfie's Restaurant in Oswego, IL as closed, so this must be an older pic.

Some detective I am .
I just now noticed that the pic has a number of Palm trees ( Mostly Queen Palms , aka Syagurus Romanzoffianum .) , but also has deciduous trees as well.
Since all of the sponsors are in Illinois , the owner has sold it , or relocated south. Could be Florida , California , maybe Texas .
I'd sure like to see it without the cover .

Is there a possibility it came out of Indiana, then Detroit area years ago. The one I'm thinking of was built in early to mid sixties and ran a 320 inch Stude. That setup was run in South Bend area but the car was sold to the owners nephew who lived east of Detroit. His nephew was supposed to continue with the Stude power plant but decided he would go with the big block Chevy instead. He could not get the Stude close to the times it had run with the Studebaker. His loss but my gain. His uncle was mad at him for the Chevy conversion so he sold me an R3 engine and the 320 from the car with all the extras including R4 intakes, nos carbs, blowers, special hand finished cylinder heads etc. Good chance this is that car as the Illinois phone number on the car isn't that far away from Detroit or SB.

Looks like a Vega to me.

Ok , I've dug out a bit more.
Here's some pics .

The car is in Long Beach. California , and the owner is asking $3k. The paint is cracked etc
Beyond this I know Nothing . It did strike me as having better proportions than some of the shortened coupes that I've seen .
