        Hi, here is my guess.
        Use the 1964 - 65 Studebaker full cover hubcap and add an aftermarket "Spinner".
        Covering the "S" in the center.

        Stude-Preferred

        Below is the standard style hupcap, used in the US.

        FYI: There was a slightly different hubcap used on some Canadian Vehicles.
        To the untrained eye, it looks almost the same.
        There was a Daytona example a couple years ago as a Turning Wheels cover car.
        The center of the cap looked bulkier than the normal version.

          I am pretty sure that is just an ordinary '64 Wheelcover, it would not be hard to mount a Three bar Knock-off Center on it, but no one is going to try to Market modified Studebaker and IH (International Harvester) Wheelcovers.

          Also, those 1950 Style Wide Whites would really be UGLY on a '64.

            Those are wheel covers, not hub caps.
