  • Chilton's Flat Rate and Service Manual has Lots of Good Studebaker Information and More

Today my 1950 Chilton's came in the mail. It's the same as the one on ebay now, but mine was in mint condition. It looked like it was never used, so someone missed out on a lot of good information. It's 1259 pages and has lots of specs and lots of pictures of all parts of the American cars built from 1938 through 1950. It's such a good book that today I bought one from 1953, so it will cover my 1952 Land Cruiser. This book must weigh 10 pounds, and it's probably the heaviest book I now own. I also have an earlier edition, and that's where I looked up the toe in specs for the 1932 President the other day for the guy from Europe.
I still like to buy the factory shop manual for the year of my Studebaker, but this is a book worth having also.
