Steering: Need Help Identifying Old Steering Wheel with Spark Advance

Hello there! Does anyone know what year and model this steering wheel, column, and steering box fits? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know how to get the steering wheel off? Is there a horn rod in there, or does the button pop off? There is a c clip on the bottom of the column.
