Not mine, happened to be surfing feebay to weigh down the eyes last night when I stumble upon this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1960-61-Studebaker-Lark-Under-Dash-Tissue-Dispenser-RARE-/131973070022?

Seems to be a very uncommon to see one of these styled tissue dispensers around.

The reason they're so rare is that the tears of joy from the bountiful sales of 1959 and 1960 had pretty much dried up by 1961.

i have the earlier dispenser in my '51. has anyone found a workaround for a box of tissues since apparently the correct size is NLA? (approx. 10" X 4 1/2" X 2").

I have one of those in my 51' Land Cruiser. I ended up finding some unopened Kleenex tissue boxes at a garage sale that were from the early 90's. I sold most of them but have subsequently been refilling the cardboard Kleenex box with new tissues on the one I kept.

I purchased some from a front desk person at a hotel in Kansas on my way to last Summers Zone meet... (one of the dimensions was 1/4" undersize from an original box). And my wife no longer chews me out for measuring tissue boxes in hotel rooms. So they ARE out there... just gotta carry a tape measure with you.

Can't say I remember seeing one that style, but if I did it would have been decades ago at Reedsville or York ?
