Body / Glass: need help with rust problem,

Members, I posted the picture too large, sorry. On my 63 GT Hawk I have rust on both sides of front fenders behind and below vent doors. Are there panel sections available to do a cut out and weld and repair or do I just have the body shop cut this out and use donor metal?

Guys, I just ordered the Hawk front fender patch and a pair of hawk anti kink hood stiffeners. I now remember I used Classic Enterprises for the hog troughs and new rails to secure seats in my 64 Avanti R2. They provide a good resource of parts.
