So, I've got a plain Jane. Just like me! Question, though... This paper has blank spots for radio and antenna... but I have a hole where the antenna used to be,[:I] and the radio. The engine numbers and body tag thingy all match, though.

From my understanding (and really by just looking at the poor rusty thing) nothing was added to this car, except extra tail lights when the originals failed. Where did the radio and antenna come from[?]

Also, can I find out who (or how many people) owned this car before my dad bought it? Wasn't sure if I could get that info from the DMV, what with privacy issues and all. Many thanks, you guys.

The delivering dealer could have added it or any of the owners prior to your dad could have added it.

A previous owner may have added the radio or even it could have been dealer installed.
