Rear Axle: Tag on Rear

This Is the Stamp on the Rear Axle of my '55 E12 .. I am slowly trying to learn what I can as i have now had this truck almost 2 mos ...I have been able to put about 150miles on it so i can make up my mind as to how to start with my simple repairs to make this a good driver. Info from this stamp is greatly appreciated. TY

You have a Timken axle with a 4.857 ratio. If you need parts for it, the parts book says it (the complete assembly) is Stude part number 682041x1.

TY Very much Skip, It seams to be good the fluid looked good and did not smell burnt at all...i drew some out then topped it off with fresh...
