Body / Glass: Vehicle Identification Plate for a 1961 Lark

At some point in my car's life, the decal/black paint on the Vehicle Identification Plate was sanded off. Does anybody make a decal to replace this, or is there a template out there so I can repaint it, or are there new plates that I can buy and have the number engraved onto?

The car is coming along well, by the way, slowly but surely - many thanks to everybody on the forum who has helped out so far!
