Paint: Paint scheme, especially the radiator fan

I'm trying to get everything on my Golden Hawk painted the correct color. My immediate question is the color of the radiator fan - is it black or turquoise? Most of the engine parts were not so rusty that I couldn't see what they were originally, but the fan was so rusted there's no telling what it was originally.

Also, I would appreciate knowing where I can obtain information on paint color for all the other parts of the car.

The fan and spacer, and pulley were all turquoise too.
