Hey guys,
Pulled and disassembled the Carter AS on my '60 Lark VI Wagon. Was a total wreck inside and explains my running issues. All came apart just fine with the exception of the metering rod jet. It was stuck hard. So I took the carb to the local shop and had them clean the body and asked them to remove the metering rod jet. Of course they called me and let me know that it was destroyed in the process of removal. (Duh - better them than me!) So I need to order a replacement, but don't know a good source or the correct sizing. I haven't seen the jet, but assume that it was bunged-up pretty badly and I won't be able to read sizing on it. Anyone have answers and a source? All help appreciated.
