    I believe it is the same door for all 1947-49 Champions, and it would appear the same door was used on 1947-49 Commander models too. All but the 1948 Champions used the lower ribbed stainless overlay. This requires holes (6 clips) which the 7G door won't have (even though it is drawn that way in the parts book!). There may be a variation in the size of the hole for Hurd or Yale types of locks used but I can't imagine this affecting the service card. Good luck with the project.

      The original card of which you received a copy is in my '47 Champion. I would be happy to compare your reproduction to the original if you could send me a copy.
